Challenge: As Starbucks Thailand plans to send special privileges to their VIP members by mail as usual, they want to offer the new experience.
What we do: Our mobile marketing team used our Coupon Mobile Platform in their Privilege campaign for VIP members. The mobile coupons are sent directly to their VIP members via SMS. It changes all the experience as receivers do not need to take privilege mail to show Mobile coupons at the counter. Just show the mobile coupon and the Redemption process is very easy while the stores are able to protect double use and check the campaign results immediately.
Result: Faster campaign implementation, more cost saving and higher 3 times response. The key successes are Ease of Use & Reach and Potential for lower costs.
